Spring has sprung, there are only twenty-nine days left of this school year. Second graders have or will be receiving their first communion, our eighth graders will be graduating in just over a month. Time Warner Cable will be increasing our broad width, which will speed up our soon to be in place chrome books which will be used in the classrooms next fall; and, finally the school will be air conditioned.
With that all being said and things looking pretty good, the most important thing about this school and our community: is; St. Charles School provides a safe, Christ-centered environment where clergy, parents, and teachers work together for the benefit of our students. Our fine school is a place where the children can grow in body, mind, and spirit to reach their fullest potential. We have a proud history and tradition, beginning in 1947, of providing quality Catholic education for Gladstone residents, and families from surrounding communities.
The strength of our school is our outstanding faculty and staff. Our credentialed teaching staff holds the highest standards for academic excellence, emphasizing Gospel values. Our faculty works hand in hand with parents, guiding students to develop a strong Catholic identity, growing in knowledge and practice of the Catholic faith..
As principal, I have been honored and blessed to be the steward of this rich and vibrant school. I pray the Holy Spirit watch over us and guide our steps as we journey into the future.
